Hello from Paella Escocia! Welcome to our webpage. We are a family run, Aberdeenshire based, Spanish Street Food Vendor.
Catering
We cater for Private Hire, Corporate, Events, Festivals, Shows & Markets and anyone interested in Spanish cuisine. Our paellas are dairy and gluten free.

Paellas (inc Vegan), Tapas, Churros.
Assurance
We are fully insured, passed for trade by our Local Authority Environmental
Health Dept and
food hygiene trained to level 2. We are also members of the National Catering Association (NCASS).
Sustainability
All our takeaway packaging is from BioPack - and is 100% recyclable or compostable.
Our story so far...
Our story so far...
We began this family venture in 2020. The plan was initially to cater and sell our Spanish cuisine at events, but COVID-19 put an end to that. Instead of giving up, we adapted our business model and secured local pitches for our pop-up, drive through, online click and collect take away service.
Our customer base grew quickly and so did popularity for our food. We quickly expanded our menu and moved from cooking from one small paella pan to three giant pans! A selection of tapas and churros was also introduced to our menu.
Our pop-up food ordering offering called The Mither Tapas runs from our local village hall in Pitcaple as time allows.
Our core business is pop-up Spanish street food for events, markets, festivals, parties, weddings and private catering.

Staff and customer safety is our highest priority. For these reasons we:
- Put in place extra hygiene, cleaning and sanitising measures and our COVID-19 risk assessment .
- Wear face coverings for your protection and adhere to 2m social distance guidance during collection.
